To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall The Culture Factor Group, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, partners, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Tool;

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Tool;

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or content;

• Any information or content obtained from the Tool; and

• Any other matter relating to the Tool.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Culture Factor Group, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Tool;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including, without limitation, any intellectual property rights or privacy rights; or
• Any content you create, submit, or transmit through the Tool.

4. Accuracy and Use of Information

The Tool uses publicly available data for informational purposes only. The output generated by the Tool is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or reliable. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any information before relying on it.

5. General Provisions

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• Waiver: No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and The Culture Factor Group’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
