about

Benoît has the ability to quickly and thoroughly understand organizational situations. His listening skills, his keen mind and his efficiency allow him to build strong relationships of trust with his clients. Enthusiastic and insightful by nature, he supports organizations in the development and implementation of innovative solutions.

With training in both psychosociology of communication and project and event management, Benoît wishes to contribute significantly to the development of a coherent organizational culture and the growth of the organizations he supports. The unique combination of these fields of expertise allows him to be agile in the deployment of major organizational changes and to have an overall vision on both the human and procedural levels, which ensures the effectiveness of his interventions.

In particular, he has developed innovative projects funded by the Government of Quebec totaling more than $7 million for his clients in order to promote the economic integration of immigrants in the province. His in-depth understanding of the Quebec job market, intercultural relations and organizational dynamics has given him the opportunity to give conferences, workshops and training courses throughout Quebec. Identified as an expert in the integration of immigrants by the economic world, he works in particular in the regionalization of immigration by supporting a vast network of partners distributed throughout the province of Quebec.

During his time as a lobbyist for major employer organizations such as the Fédération des chambres du Québec and Manufacturier Exportateur du Québec, Benoît represented Quebec businesses on numerous Quebec government committees within the Ministries of Labor, Employment and Social Solidarity (MTESS), Education and Higher Education. He also served as president of the board of directors of AIESEC ESG UQAM for 5 years, thus contributing to the development of the leadership skills of more than a hundred young academics.

On a personal level, Benoît enjoys challenges. He has completed two of the world's major pilgrimages, walking the Via Frances to Santiago de Compostela (1,000 km) and the Via Francigina to Rome (450 km).
