Originally from Gabon, a small but vibrant French-speaking country in Central Africa, he has spent the past 14 years in South Korea, where he has deeply immersed himself in the local culture and mastered the language after being awarded the prestigious Korean Government Global Scholarship (GKS) in 2010.

He is dedicated to guiding individuals and organizations through transformative journeys, helping them discover their hidden potential and purpose using academic tools, professional business techniques, and practical experience. He creates customized strategies that enable high performance and thriving in any cultural context.

Cross-Cultural Leadership: He leverages his deep roots in Africa and Asia to foster environments where diverse individuals and teams can flourish.
Diplomacy & Negotiation: With over half a decade of experience as a Trade and Investment Attaché, he brings a nuanced understanding of international business, sharpening negotiation and conflict resolution skills critical for today’s globalized environment.
Organizational Culture & Team Safety: Certified in Organizational Culture by The Culture Factor and as a Master Facilitator in Team Psychological Safety, he is skilled in creating safe, inclusive environments that promote collaboration and innovation.

In 2018, he founded the African Youth Action Foundation (AYAF), driven by a passion to inspire Africa’s future leaders through transformative educational and cultural programs. His commitment to youth empowerment is deeply intertwined with his professional mission of fostering leadership and growth in every context he engages with.

His journey is one of lifelong learning, constantly seeking to enhance his spiritual, intellectual, and personal development to ensure he brings the most current and effective strategies to those he works with.
