Helen Vogt

Helen supports leaders and individuals through international transitions. Combining professional coaching with more than a decade of experience between Europe and Japan, she helps them find their way in new cultures, new roles and the personal journey of building a new home.

about

Helen combines professional coaching with deep intercultural experience. As an ICF-certified coach (ACC), she supports leaders and individuals through international transitions: a move to a new country, a step from a regional into a global role, or the challenge of leading teams across several cultures at once.

Her work addresses both sides of these transitions. Alongside the professional demands of a new position, she creates space for the questions that often remain unspoken: what it means to leave home behind, and how to build a new life and a new sense of belonging.

Helen’s perspective comes from more than a decade of living and working in Japan, and from roles ranging from international trade show project management to Managing Director of the German subsidiary of a Japanese company in the semiconductor industry. As an Associated Practitioner of The Culture Factor Group, she helps clients understand cultural differences and turn them into common ground. She works in English, German and Japanese, and holds an MA in International Management Asia from HTWG Konstanz.
