With hands-on experience in business consulting and training, she focuses on using developmental programs as a catalyst for a change observable in both business measures and human experience. When working with customers on their developmental goals, Iga is an honest partner and a team player. She has worked with various organizations and industries, including AstraZeneca, Swarovski, DSV, Merck, KIA, Akamai.

Iga holds a Master's Degree in Social Psychology and major in cross-cultural psychology. She joined The Culture Factor Group as an Associated Practitioner in 2022, already as a trainer in the field of Intercultural Management. She is also a certified trainer in the methods from the field of leadership, motivation and interpersonal diversity.

Her main areas of expertise as a trainer and coach are diversity, communication skills, cross-cultural competence, team building and psychological resilience. Thanks to Iga's openness and commitment to broaden the perspective, she successfully delivers training and workshops to different groups of participants.

She takes joy in working in a diverse context, across different functions, industries, or demographics. On a daily basis, she connects her business practice with the role of a psychologist in the Department of Psychological Support and Safe From Harm Unit in the member organization of the World Organization of Scout Movement. She sees great potential in connecting interests and insights from both non-profit and business-driven organizations to build stronger communities.

Iga is in training as a practitioner in the Gestalt modality, broadening her scope of different inspirations and tools in human-driven projects.
