As a former global leader in Human Resources, Strategy, and Change Management, Jinny’s expertise lies in change management, culture transformation, inclusion, and executive coaching. Her work is backed by strong operational knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing, helping organizations such as Merck, Alcon, Hilti, and Ericsson unlock their full potential and achieve peak performance. Having witnessed both the successes of people thriving through effective change management and the challenges created by cultural differences, she joined The Culture Factor Group as an Associate Practitioner in 2025.

Jinny currently lives in Korea and considers Norway her second home. Driven by her strong passion for supporting organizations through intercultural intelligence, she provides hands-on training, consulting, and executive coaching. With over 27 years of experience working with business leaders in global corporations and more than a decade of living in multiple countries across Asia and Europe, her expertise is both unique and highly relevant.

She holds two master’s degrees—an Executive Master of Business Administration from a school in Germany and a Master of Broadcasting and Visual Communication from Korea. She is certified in Intercultural Management and is in the process of certification in Organizational Culture with The Culture Factor Group.

Jinny has successfully led change management initiatives for post-merger integrations, inclusion and culture transformations, and operational streamlining in manufacturing, sales and marketing, and R&D within Fortune 500 multinational companies across diverse industries.
