Łukasz Nowak is a partner at House of Skills, one of the most reputable and recognizable companies in Poland dealing with the development of managerial competencies. On a daily basis, Łukasz works as a moderator of the processes of agreeing on the mission, vision, strategy, and values, as well as shaping the organizational culture. He advises on organizational change processes, focusing on proper planning of communication with people, defining the role of sponsors, and planning development directions. He designs and implements comprehensive development programs for managerial staff, striving to change behavior, improve employee engagement scores, and reduce retention. He has worked for companies such as Atos, Daikin, Gala Group, Maspex, Mercedes, Signify, Super Pharm.

Łukasz is interested in the issue of strategy implementation by building coherence of the organization and culture with the strategy. He tries to analyze business reality from many perspectives, which is supported by his knowledge and experience in the areas of organization, people management, finance, and marketing.

He has completed several dozen consulting projects devoted to building strategies, organizational development, and performance management implementations. Previously, Łukasz worked for several years in international consulting companies, acting as director of the organizational effectiveness practice.
