Having lived and worked across multiple countries and led multicultural teams, she understands what it takes to lead effectively when culture is the invisible variable.

Her expertise, combining research-backed cultural frameworks with the depth of one-to-one executive coaching, enables her to work meaningfully with both individuals and organisations facing the real complexities of cross-cultural leadership.

Marietta's areas of expertise include cross-cultural leadership development for executives leading diverse global teams, coaching leaders through international transitions, building cultural intelligence and communication effectiveness within multicultural organisations whilst supporting individuals navigating transitions across cultural boundaries.

Working from our Singapore office, one of the world's most culturally dynamic business hubs, Marietta works with clients across Asia and internationally. Marietta divides her time between Singapore, Thailand and United Kingdom.
