With a long experience of Senior Management particularly in the area of Human Resources and Organization, Maurizio supports his customers in their processes of Change Management and Personnel Development both in the national and international environment.

Maurizio has developed his competencies working for IBM, Data General and Mediobanca Group.

In IBM, in Italy and abroad (18 years): for 6 years he has worked as an IT System Analyst and for 12 years in HR in Italy and 3 years in Belgium. In Data General (4 years) he has been Responsible for HR, Logistic, IT and Services.

In Mediobanca Group (18 years) he was the Central Resources Manager (Human, logistic and technical Resources). In this position, he has followed 7 companies working in different financial services (loans, bank, credit management, leasing).

From 2011 until 2015 he has worked as President of OAM, the Italian Authority for financial agents and brokers, appointed by the Ministry of Economics and recommended by Bank of Italy.

He is now working as consultant and coach for top managers in different fields and with main focus on Organization and Organizational Culture.

He has been for many years the HR trainer in the Master of CDI (College of Ingenieures – Torino). He translated the book “Negotiate like a local “ (written by Marc Jacobs and Jean-Pierre Cohen) and the book “The 7 Mental Images of National Culture” (written by Huib Wursten). The Italian version of the two books will be available during 2020-2021.

He is co-owner of Si.Ma. Consulting snc licensee of  The Culture Factor Group in Italy.

We organised two Cultural Trainings of Ms. Masako Kato. One training was short (but sweet) version with the focus on writing emails with Japanese colleagues. The other training was a full day and was attended by colleagues who travel to Japan or management positions. The first thing that struck me was the very high interest and attendance. All invitees were there and stayed. The training was very well received and colleagues made a point of emailing their positive feedback. The training did not only give a very good and practical understanding of working in and with the Japanese culture but did not leave it at that. It was a day of insight on cultures; our own culture and how we reacted to different cultures.Ms. Masako Kato is a very professional trainer. It is a joy to see her in front of a group. Her humor and very apt feeling for the group dynamics made her training very inspiring.
