Michael is a highly experienced management consultant with a proven track record in learning and development, program design and management, and change management. Currently serving as the Head of Knowledge Services at The Culture Factor in Africa, Michael oversees culture project deliveries for diverse public and private clients.

With certifications in Organisational Culture and Intercultural Management from The Culture Factor Group, as well as being a certified Change Management Practitioner (Prosci), Michael possesses a comprehensive skill set to drive successful cultural interventions. 

He has successfully led numerous large-scale cultural interventions for clients across Africa. Using The Culture Factor Group' methodology and tools, he helps organisations to navigate complex cultural challenges effectively and achieve sustainable transformation. He has also provided training and support to professionals to become accredited culture practitioners and effectively carry out interventions for their own clients.
