Salvador helps his clients to improve the productivity of their teams through Cross-Cultural training and consulting.

As soon as Salvador started his career abroad, he realized that similar colleagues, partners and clients reacted differently before the same situation depending on their nationality. This challenge brought him to research Cross-Cultural Management and, eventually, to join The Culture Factor Group.

Salvador holds a master’s degree in Psychosociology at Work, a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a professional certificate in Training & Development specialist. He is also certified in Intercultural Management with The Culture Factor Group.

Using a data-driven approach, Salvador manages and controls the impact of cultural differences in the workplace, helping his clients to be more competitive.

Before becoming an Associate Partner at The Culture Factor Group, his appointments as Project Manager at Médecins Sans Frontières, the United Nations, the International Criminal Court and Melia Hotels International brought him to settle in Cameroon, Kenya, Liberia and The Netherlands aside of short stays in many other countries.
