Vladyslav Hryhorenko is Principal of Rigoré Consulting, a governance, strategy, and culture advisory practice. He is also a portfolio nonprofit executive, leading two organizations concurrently across nonprofit capacity building and real estate development, and serves on the national board of Canada's professional association for the voluntary sector as Chair of Strategic Business and Fund Development.

He advises boards, associations, government bodies, and mission-driven organizations across Canada and the United States. Boards set direction, strategy commits to it, and culture decides whether it happens. He measures the distance between what an organization intends and what it is actually built to deliver, then names what has to change. Certified in both Organisational Culture and Intercultural Management, he brings measurement to a sector that has discussed culture in adjectives. Much of that work is done alongside Indigenous, immigrant, and newcomer communities, where low participation is almost never low interest and almost always a program built on one cultural model and applied as though it were universal. He applies the same discipline to address a gap the sector has never measured: the cultural distance between boards and the communities they serve.

Before becoming an Associated Practitioner with The Culture Factor Group, he spent four years in Canadian public administration with the Government of Yukon and the City of Whitehorse, and began his career in hospitality operations across three provinces and territories.

He was awarded the King Charles III Coronation Medal for significant contribution to Canadian society by advancing the voluntary and charitable sector.

Born in Ukraine, he has spent over a decade in Canada, with frequent extended stays in Japan. He is currently navigating raising a tri-cultural child across all three.
