Format and structure

The programme can be offered as a one-day face-to-face workshop or a virtual workshop - two half-days

Morning/first half-day: Introduction to National Culture, including a Culture CompassTM report for each participant

Afternoon/second half-day: Working on cross-cultural communication practices, including case study and exercise

The programme had a very big impact on all participants. Although most of the participants stated beforehand that they were already familiar with the topic of intercultural competence, the content was eye-opening and enabled many new approaches in the daily work.
