For the past ten years, Bell’Aube has worked as a corporate strategist, leading profound organizational transformation assignments and operating model reviews with global non-profit organizations such as Plan International and the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF).

Leading significant organizational development, redesign, and transformation can shake and change the course of a person’s life. These experiences, together with his certification in Organizational Culture with The Culture Factor Group, have led Bell’Aube to transition to co-founding Wakili Subaka, an Africa-based company that now consults in organizational development, gender, coaching and personal development, governance, and strategic planning across Africa.

With a background in sociology, Bell’Aube brings deep expertise in organizational leadership and transformation, with particular attention to people, culture, and strategy—especially in transition contexts.

As a certified coach and skilled facilitator, he has successfully delivered complex partnerships with major global donors, including governments, the private sector, and civil society organizations.

Bell’Aube has lived and worked in many countries across Africa and has a deep understanding of the contexts and cultures of West, Central, East, and Southern Africa.
