- Level 1 - CULTURAL AWARENESS
Included: e-leaning + 3 hour live online session.
Understand the impact and learn to navigate the complexities of culture within both national and organisational contexts. Get to know the strategies to leverage and foster inclusive and diverse organisational culture. - Level 2 - ONE-ON-ONE COACHING
Included: 2 personal coaching sessions and materials to go further.

The Programme
The Beyond Cultural Awareness Programme consists of 3 levels:
Level 1 Cultural awareness
- Culture Compass personal assessment
- E-learning Master Class on Culture,
- Live Live Webinar: 3 hours

Level 2 Personal CULTURAL COACHING
- Personal session 1: Wants vs. Needs assessment, 1 hour
- Personal session 2: Leveraging Diversity + Aligning strategy and Culture, 1 hour

Level 3 DESIGN YOUR SOLUTION
Following up on the outcome of the coaching session, co-constructs a final solution for you, your team or organisation.

The programme is hosted by senior The Culture Factor Group consultants with extensive experience in both, Intercultural Management and Organisational Culture.
Terms and Conditions
Level 1 of the programme is offered as an open course for a maximum of 15 people per group. Registration is possible until the Thursday (13:00 CEST) preceding the first webinar. Levels can be purchased separately.
