The programme is designed to demystify the concept of ‘culture’ and provide you with the tools to harness it effectively within your organisation. You decide, how far you and your organisation want to go:
- Level 1 - CULTURAL AWARENESS
Understand the impact and learn to navigate the complexities of culture within both national and organisational contexts. Get to know the strategies to leverage and foster inclusive and diverse organisational culture. - Level 2 - ONE-ON-ONE COACHING
Find The Culture Factor for you and your company. Acquire a set of skills that are fundamental in harnessing the power of culture. - Level 3 - DESIGN YOUR SOLUTION
Respond effectively to the cross-cultural and organisational challenges that global managers and leaders are facing.

The Programme
The Beyond Cultural Awareness Programme consists of 3 levels:
Level 1, Cultural awareness
Pre-course survey (10 minutes), Culture Compass personal assessment (30 minutes), E-learning Master Class on Culture (180 minutes), Team Culture Scan (15 minutes), Live Webinar with 3 modules: Understanding Culture, Organisational and National Culture, The Culture Factor (120 minutes including a Q&A), Handouts and additional resources.
Level 2, CULTURAL COACHING
Coaching session: Wants vs. Needs assessment (60 minutes), Coaching session: Follow up (60 minutes) with focus on Leveraging Diversity and Aligning strategy and Culture, additional resources.
Level 3, DESIGN YOUR SOLUTION
Following up on the outcome of the coaching session, Level 3 co-constructs a final solution for you, your team or organisation.
About your Facilitators
The programme is hosted by senior The Culture Factor Group consultants with extensive experience in both, Intercultural Management and Organisational Culture.
Terms and Conditions
Level 1 of the programme is offered as an open course for a maximum of 15 people per group. Registration is possible until the Thursday (13:00 CEST) preceding the first webinar. Levels can be purchased separately.
