Demystifying the concept of Culture
Beyond Cultural Awareness (BCA) Programme helps leaders & managers move past abstract conversations about culture and towards concrete, usable insight.
Rather than treating culture as an abstract or “soft” concept, the programme provides a practical framework, the 6-D Model of National Culture to understand how cultural patterns shape behaviour, decisions, and collaboration at work.

Online Live Session (3h)
During this 3-hour online session you will go through the following:

Module 1: Understanding Culture from assumptions to a shared language
- In this module participants learn to distinguish culture from personality and to recognise where culture impacts decision-making and collaboration.

Module 2: Organisational Culture and Intercultural Management
- Here, we will explore these two types of culture, highlighting their interconnections and overlaps.

Module 3: The Culture Factor - Culture as a leadership tool
- In this module participants learn they can use cultural insight to make better decisions, align teams, and avoid treating culture as background noise.
