Why you should join us.

Many organisations invest in cultural awareness workshops that generate insight, shared language, and good intentions. Yet a few weeks later, everyday practices often remain unchanged.

This session explores why awareness alone rarely shifts organisational behaviour, and what it takes to make culture useful as a management tool rather than just a training topic.

We will begin with a short overview on how leading companies move culture from training rooms to leadership discussions. This will be followed by a panel discussion with leaders will share how they use culture to inform leadership decisions and guide collaboration across teams.

In this webinar, you will:

  • Understand why awareness alone rarely changes how organisations actually operate

  • See how leading companies move culture from training rooms to leadership discussions

  • Learn how cultural insight can inform decisions, collaboration, and strategy

  • Hear real perspectives from leaders using culture as a practical leadership tool
